The rats are driving the good citizens of Hamlin up the wall when a Piper arrives and says, ”Lay a thousand guilders on me and I will take up this gig and Zappo!- the rats will mi-grate, dis-a-pate, and e-vac-u-ate.” All goes well until the Counselors decide to practice decption and keep the money for themselves.
